Spring Integration: A Simpler Path to ESB?
Spring Integration is a SpringSource project with goals of applying the popular and proven technologies of the Spring Framework to support well-known Enterprise Integration Patterns. The key to Spring Integration is adapters which provide a higher level of abstraction to Spring’s support for current enterprise technologies like remoting, messaging and scheduling. While injecting Spring’s pattern of development into Enterprise Integration Patterns, Spring Integration is focused on maintainability and separation of concerns which should be a number one priority on the plate of developers when working with enterprise integration projects. I am excited about what this project has to offer.
